Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be tied into a lengthy contract?

We provide standard Terms and Conditions for all commercial cleaning work we undertake, which clearly sets out our obligation to the customer as well as the customers obligations to us. We strongly believe that business transactions should be open and transparent for all involved. That said, if you wish to end your agreement with us at anytime we have a one month written termination agreement. This is a legal minimum requirement due to relevant UK employment laws. You can view our Standard Terms and Conditions here.

If I change my cleaning contractor will I get a new cleaner?

Employees are protected under Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employees (TUPE) 2006 legislation. As long as the cleaning operative in situ is based at your premises the majority of the time, their employment will automatically transfer to your new company.

What if you are unhappy with the current cleaner? Often times, poor performance is due to poor management, lack of training and lack of quality management processes. We often find that given the right management, issues with underperforming employees can be addressed and good service restored. If there is a genuine issue with the cleaner, this can be managed through a fair disciplinary process.

Are you insured?
